Continuous Professional Development Process
Continuous Professional Development Framework
The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) follows a cascading approach, where training flows from experts to grassroots educators through a structured approach. Specifically, in this context, where Master Trainers (MTs) from PITE and TTIs train Guide Teachers (GTs), Guide Teachers’ then train Subject Coordinators (SCs), and Subject Coordinators (SCs) train Teachers at cluster level.
